A certified translation is a translation done by a competent court interpreter, who also certifies with his/her seal that the translation is identical to the original text.
A court interpreter is a person appointed by the President of the County Court or Commercial Court, under conditions and in a way specified by the Book of Regulations for Court Interpreters. The job of the court interpreter is to translate – upon the request of the client or state authorities – written or spoken text from Croatian into a foreign language or vice versa, or from one foreign language into another, if he/she is appointed for both of these languages.
Court interpreters issue translations which must be identical to the original text.
N.T. DALMA d.o.o. offers services for certified translations for all the languages listed in our offer, but please keep in mind that certain languages need to be translated into a certain foreign language first and then into the desired target language due to lack of court interpreters for these languages in the Republic of Croatia.
